How do I obtain a copy of an Incident Report after a fire?
An Incident Report is completed after each fire that the LPFD responds to. A copy of these reports are available for a small fee. They can be obtained by contacting our headquarters at (925) 454-2361 and visiting 3560 Nevada Street, Pleasanton, CA 94566. Please have the date and address of the incident requesting the report.
How do I request files to review?
Please fax your request with all addresses included to 925-454-2367. We will contact you to schedule an appointment to review the files within 3 to 5 business days.

I need to obtain waterflow information for a specific location in Livermore or Pleasanton.
